A three-day entrepreneurship development training was organized at Mhasrul (Nashik) in association with Phoenix Mahila Multipurpose Charitable Organization and Vidyadeep Foundation under the Genie Program of European Union- India and Trekkystep, Trichy.

In this program, information was given on the technological facilities of international level industry growth dissemination using information technology for women entrepreneurs in rural areas. Rahul Pawar, Mangal Shinde, Shubhangi Bairagi, Lakshmi Pawar, Sarika Ahire along with Satish Shende, Swapnil Pagare, Prof. Dr. Experts such as Deepak Tatpuje, Pratigya Dabhade Project Officer (Barty) and Sunita Pagare Individuals guided the workshop. The training workshop was conducted to encourage rural women entrepreneurs by building their virtual business presence and capacity to take advantage of the business growth of green climate support. The Maharashtra statewide program started under this international project has started with the participation of 30 women. In this workshop, women are trained to promote their business on social media as well as gain skills with demonstration by learning various techniques for business growth through information technology platforms. The organizers have expressed the hope that this workshop will definitely be useful for the business growth of these women.
