 A transformative three-day entrepreneurship development workshop was held in Mhasrul, Nashik, organized in collaboration with Phoenix Mahila Multipurpose Charitable Organization and Vidyadeep Foundation. This initiative was part of the GENIE  Program, supported by the European Union-India and Trec Step, Trichy.

The training workshop, led by Mr. Satish Shende, focused on providing hands-on digital marketing training to rural women entrepreneurs. The primary objective was to help these women build a robust virtual business presence and leverage opportunities for business growth supported by green climate initiatives. This Maharashtra-wide program, an international project, saw the enthusiastic participation of 30 women.
